NancyBell Hamilton Retires as State Salon/Competition Manager

NancyBell Hamilton announced her retirement as State Salon/Competition Manager. NancyBell is an icon in our industry and has served the State Salon position for the past 15 years. Although, the Salon will forever be run with the NancyBell touch, her full time presence will surely be missed.
